📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Keep accurate records of inventory and usage of ingredients.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.,Help in preparing and organizing ingredients for daily production.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure product consistency.,Assist in creating new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and baking methods.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry recipes.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
