📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' pipe systems
• Assist in the design and installation of pipe systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance of our pipe systems and address any issues promptly
• Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in the pipe industry
• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, with a focus on pipe systems
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Bali and surrounding areas
