📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for rural development and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the execution of programs aimed at improving living conditions and economic opportunities in rural areas.
• Coordinate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and local communities to ensure effective program delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of rural development initiatives to inform future strategies.
• Foster partnerships with international organizations and development agencies to enhance rural development efforts.
• Advocate for policies and programs that promote sustainable and inclusive rural growth.
• Represent the government in national and international forums to promote rural development best practices.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards in all rural development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in rural development, infrastructure, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex rural development projects.
• Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with GIS and other rural development software tools.
• Certification in Project Management or a related field is a plus.
