📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions
• Support the audit process by maintaining proper controls and documenting financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your financial knowledge and skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferably from a reputable university)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internships or part-time work can be considered)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and QuickBooks
• Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian language
