Join Sakura System Solutions as an HRIS Implementation Consultant and play a pivotal role in transforming HR operations for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of cutting-edge HR Information Systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. Based in Jakarta Pusat, you'll work closely with our team to deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire HRIS implementation lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning to deployment and post-implementation support. You'll work with a variety of tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM, ensuring that our clients' HR processes are optimized and compliant with local regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop implementation plans tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet specific business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the new system.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Deliver post-implementation reviews and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications in HRIS implementation or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
