📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable auto repair services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Promoting our products and services to potential customers through various marketing channels.,Monitoring sales targets and reporting on sales performance to the management team.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints and issues.,Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role in the auto industry.,Strong understanding of the auto repair industry and the ability to recommend suitable services to customers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong sales acumen and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
