📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily laboratory operations, including sample collection, testing, and analysis.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into overall business operations.,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory, including consumables, reagents, and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team of lab technicians.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to generate and present reports.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, GLP, and GMP.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
