📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
