📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve our documentation.,Work with designers and developers to ensure consistency in our technical materials.,Mentor and train junior technical writers in the team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Experience with technical writing tools and platforms, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical documentation on time and within budget.
