📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the editorial process, including manuscript submission, review, and publication.
Manage the journal's content, ensuring it meets high academic standards.
Administrate the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, ensuring smooth operation and user-friendly experience.
Collaborate with authors, reviewers, and editors to maintain the journal's quality and timeliness.
Develop and implement editorial policies and procedures.
Monitor journal metrics and performance, providing regular reports to the editorial board.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in academic publishing.
Represent the journal at academic conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in editorial management or a similar role.
Proven experience with Open Journal Systems (OJS) or similar publishing platforms.
Strong understanding of academic publishing standards and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with academic research and publication processes.
