📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
