📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other design elements.,Create high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and digital assets.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with the brand's goals and values.,Design engaging and immersive experiential elements, such as trade show booths, pop-up displays, and in-store experiences.,Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's guidelines and adhere to industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and the quality of your work.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in brand and experiential design.,Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.,Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual designs.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of design trends.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with experiential design principles and a portfolio showcasing your work in this area.
