📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
