Link Base Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee communications.,Support the HR team in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit for Bali.
