📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the learning and development team in creating and delivering training materials.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the learning and development team.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the learning management system.,Support the learning and development team in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or human resources role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and learning management systems.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning and development best practices and trends.,Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
