Sentral Umar Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented and passionate Barista/Cashier to join our team. We are a vibrant and bustling café located in the heart of Sanur, Bali, offering a wide range of coffee and food options to our customers.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Barista/Cashier to join our team. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

As a Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and food items, as well as handling customer transactions. You will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask effectively.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and food items to customers.
  • Handle customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized café environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista/Cashier or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management and restocking.
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations and procedures.
