📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and promote vacancies through various channels,Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates,Maintain a database of candidates for future hiring needs,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Provide feedback on the recruitment process and suggest improvements,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR-related software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong organizational and time management skills
