📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance and business opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with trends and best practices.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
