📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily machinery operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
  • Train and mentor junior machine operators on proper machinery operation and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and control production schedules to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and quality.
  • Report on machinery performance and maintenance needs to management.
  • Ensure all machinery is properly calibrated and maintained according to manufacturer's specifications.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a machinery operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with various types of machinery and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
