📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Prepare and update operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.,Provide support to the management team in making data-driven decisions.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
