The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for ensuring high-quality output. Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Train and develop production staff to improve skills and productivity.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support production needs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian is preferred but not mandatory.🛠️ Keahlian
