📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Assist in merchandising and stock management to ensure optimal display and availability of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized sales floor at all times.,Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
