📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell skincare products to customers in retail stores.,Maintain and improve store displays to attract customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Monitor sales performance and meet or exceed targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or merchandising in the beauty or retail industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with beauty products, especially skincare, is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel and work in different retail locations.
