    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on retention.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial services and credit products is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
