📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to ensure alignment with company goals.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Evaluate and select the best candidates for the roles.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven success in recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment platforms.
