📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring the company's financial health.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
