📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain advanced EDM machines to produce high-precision components.
• Monitor the quality of the components produced and ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Set up and configure EDM machines for different types of materials and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Work closely with the engineering team to optimize the manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of EDM machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an EDM Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with advanced EDM machines and software, such as Fanuc and Siemens.
• Knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid certification in EDM or related manufacturing processes is a plus.
