📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance of semiconductor equipment, ensuring optimal operation and minimizing downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of critical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and technologies.
• Develop and implement equipment calibration and validation protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to FAB operators on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor equipment technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and operation.
• Proven expertise in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including tools such as lithography, etching, deposition, and inspection systems.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process technology and industry standards.
• Certification in semiconductor equipment maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
