Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs that support the company's strategic objectives.
• Analyze training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Collaborate with managers to identify and address skill gaps.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs using data and feedback.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle or Cornerstone to manage and track training activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant training regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle or Cornerstone.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed.
