📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the editorial process, including manuscript submission, review, and publication.
• Manage the journal's content, ensuring it meets high academic standards.
• Administrate the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, ensuring smooth operation and user-friendly experience.
• Collaborate with authors, reviewers, and editors to maintain the journal's quality and timeliness.
• Develop and implement editorial policies and procedures.
• Monitor journal metrics and performance, providing regular reports to the editorial board.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in academic publishing.
• Represent the journal at academic conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in editorial management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Open Journal Systems (OJS) or similar publishing platforms.
• Strong understanding of academic publishing standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
